Located directly across the street from Camp we have 11 acres that we have started to break ground on replacing an old mobile home. We are in need of a new or used manufactured home for our camp residence. This is an expansion to the main camp property that will house our director or camp hosts that will maintain the camp grounds and facilities while also watching over the camp. We have a few pictures so you can see the property and layout of what we are needing.

Items Needed

Manufactured Home: A new or used home with a minimum of 3 bed 2 bath. Cost: $55,000

Septic System: We have to replace the old septic system with a new one that has a sand filter.

                        Cost: $13,000

Electrical: We have to run new power from the electric company. Cost: $3000

Gravel: We need about 10 truck loads of gravel for the house foundation and driveway.

             Cost: $2500

Well: Where needs to be a new well drilled for water. Cost: $10,000

Permits: $2000

Camp Home Status

Lot cleared for layout and digging with test holes dug and approved for septic system.
