The craft building was an old garage back in the day. we want to convert main building to the craft shop for woodworking, pottery, crafts, ect.

Items Needed

Heating System: We have to find a gas furnace for heat. Cost: $

Electrical: We need some minor rough in finished and fixtures for trim out. Cost: $

Insulation: To cover all the 6 in exterior walls. Cost: $

Sheet Rock: We need about 3 full flats of sheet rock to finish the walls. Cost: $

Permits: $

Craft Shop Status

There needs some minor electrical and then ready for insulation.
