We are adding a room across from the kitchen for dining and a food line to be enclosed

for weather.

Items Needed

Lumber: We need 2x6 lumber to frame the walls and ceiling joists. Cost: $

Electrical: We need some electrical rough in finished and fixtures for trim out. Cost: $

Insulation: To cover all the 6 in exterior walls. Cost: $

Sheet Rock: We need about 5 full flats of sheet rock to finish the walls. Cost: $

Working on set of plans to give to county for permits and approval.
